Breathwork is as old as humanity itself. It shows up in meditation, yoga, singing, sports, healing practices, and even in the moments when life naturally reminds us to pause and take a deep breath. With a little bit of attention, our breathing can shift how we feel—bringing calm when things feel overwhelming, energy when we’re tired, and clarity when the mind is scattered.
